  Zucco tech was responsible for developing a specialised CRM for online and offline media publishers. The CRM system helps the clients with order management, invoice generation and other CRM related features. The platform provides a seamless integration between ad servers and billing systems. The platform also provides a number of reports which helps the publishers with forecasting and planning the budget.

  The first part of the assistant is comprised of a number of proprietary unique technologies and AI algorithms that enable information retrieval from both structured data (such as databases and traditional data register) and unstructured data (different types of text-based documents) to provide an answer to a user’s question formulated in a natural human writing. The second part consists of an advanced language understanding, that interprets the user’s sentiments and intentions and picks users’ questions to other information retrieval techniques, and compiles the retrieved information into a user-friendly format. In addition, access to external communication services can be linked whereas information can be retrieved and sent as a response from users’ calls.

These algorithms are then combined with proven open-source code, based on the latest technologies. To train our AI models to understand spoken and written Swedish in different contexts, we have compiled Sweden’s largest library of audio data.
